For more than 30 years, the Foundation has funded carefully selected grant requests that assist vulnerable children in the United States and across the globe.
Mrs. Ross, “Dotsie”, formed her Foundation in 1977, as a means of fulfilling her life long compassion for the world’s suffering children. Though she passed away in 2000, we continue her mission to support organizations that serve vulnerable children.
